To qualify, a $20 MX Sports Area Qualifier Entry Form is required for each class you are entering..
THESE FORMS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED WHEN REGISTERING ONLINE.
This $20 MX Sports processing fee is separate from the race entry fee.

- Mid-West AQ - All classes will be ran Saturday April 20
- North-West AQ - All classes will be ran Sunday April 21

It is the responsibility of the participant to understand the 2023 Amateur National Supplemental Rules including rider eligibility , classification and machine eligibility and classification.

AMA MEMBERSHIP
An AMA membership or event pass is required for this event.
You will need this before you 're able to register.

MINOR WAIVER INFORMATION (17YRS OR UNDER)
If you register online, you will complete the Minor Waiver as part of your registration. No other waivers are needed.
If you do not register online and are NOT coming to the event with your Minor Child, you will need to complete the Unaccompanied Minor Waiver below.
UNACCOMPANIED MINORS (17yrs & Under)
All minors attending this event WITHOUT PARENTS , that did no complete the online waiver, must come with a notarized statement signed by both parents or legal guardian giving permission for another adult to act as guardian to sign releases.
